We three have lost 93!

Amanda, Amanda and Tammy had their picture taken in June before starting Ideal Protein with Back on Track. As of October first they have lost a total of 93 pounds. Way to go team! You three look amazing.

End of Summer success celebration | Fort McMurray Ideal Protein Weight Loss

Summer has officially come to an end with Back to School and some frosty mornings! Over the summer we have celebrated many successes: clients reaching their goal weights, reducing medications and fitting into clothes they have had packed away for years!!! Congratulations!

For some clients at Back on Track the end of summer means the loss of a 100 pounds! We are extremely happy and pleased to share the success of two clients at our clinic who have reached the 100 pound weight loss mark. Congratulations to Jeanette Miller and Nicholas Neilson. Keep up the fantastic work, you inspire us all with your hard work and dedication!

I think you have to be ready and really want to change your old habits, and being proud of all the changes you make even if it’s just small ones at first.

You have to be prepared. Take time to think out your menu and preparing foods so they are easy to grab and your not tempted to grab those other snacks!
